Join the Lynch sisters for an amazing workshop for mamas on Sunday, May 2nd from 9:30-11:00 CST just in time for Mother’s Day!
Kate will focus on making family meal planning feel a little lighter. She will focus on easy family meals + how to simply create them without a ton of ingredients, healthy snacks for kids + you, simple swaps of ingredients, and strategies to cut the time you take to do meal preparation in your home.
Nora will lead us through a powerful meditation and journal exercise focused on self-love, setting boundaries and the importance of filling your own cup first. Participants will leave this sacred space feeling grounded in confidence and empowered to make choices that make them feel good.
Kelly will lead through 30 minutes of a restorative yin class to melt tension and stress away. This class is suitable for pre and post natal clients or, those mamas who just need to unwind! She will give modifications for all stages of motherhood and tips so that you can confidently exercise safely during and after pregnancy. As always, please make sure you have been cleared to exercise by a health professional. Participants will be guided through grounding postures and a series of stretches to open up and release tension in their hips, shoulders, and spine.
