We are currently reading Atomic Habits: An Easy And Proven Way To Build Good Habits And Break Bad Ones in the Luminous Wellness Community and App! We are feeling so inspired by this book. Feel free to head through this simple checklist to see things that you want to add into your daily life!


Here are some things that we follow in the LL community:


Meals ✔️

Focus on meals that feel good for you! Focus on meals that you ACTUALLY enjoy. Base your meals around a protein, carbohydrate, veggie, fat/sauce. This is the golden ticket!

Movement✔️

We focus on movement that feels good for us. We don’t follow the crowd. We listen to our own bodies and don’t follow the latest trends. We do good things for our bodies, because we are ALL different!

Mindset✔️

We focus on gratitude, self-love, and controlling our thoughts. We know that if we have a positive outlook, it will translate in every area of our life. We do morning routines, mindset work, podcast strolls, and things for mind that make us feel our best.

Hydration✔️

Water is our favorite drank! We aim to drink tons of water to cleanse and fuel our bodies.

Self-Care✔️

We do things that feel good to us! Reading, bubble baths, a simple quiet moment with a cup of coffee, or a yoga class. We do things that truly make us have all the feels + peace

Sleep✔️

We wind down at night to get a restful and rejuvenating sleep- whatever that make look like. We focus on getting good sleep because we know that translates to all areas of our life as well.
