EXAMPLES + IDEAS 💡

ROASTED: When we think roasted veggies, we think of brussel sprouts! We love to get shaved Brussels so that they are nice and crispy. Pre-heat oven to 400, add olive oil + sea salt+ pepper to your Brussels. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until crispy. If you want to get wild, add some crumbled bacon🥓

AIR FRYER: Bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, squash, and asparagus are my favorite! I cook all of these for 8 minutes @400 degrees. I love to keep it simple and add some ghee butter, parmesan cheese, fresh garlic or garlic powder, sea salt, + pepper. Refer to other seasonings below!

🚨TIPS for air fryer veggies: give the basket a good shake halfway through, don’t overcrowded the air fryer (this causes veggies to be mushy), go lighter on the oil (the vegetables won’t crisp up), + slice everything into smaller pieces

RAW: My go-to raw veggies are carrots, celery, bell peppers, and cucumbers! My favorite way to eat them are with hummus, peanut butter, Kite Hill dips (French onion or ranch), or Field and Farmer dips (my favorites are white bean + French onion).

SEASONED: my favorite ways to coat/season veggies are using Paleo Powder seasoning blends (salt-free + paleo), coating in Cauli Crunch breadcrumbs, The New Primal salt-free seasonings, coconut aminos, lemon juice + garlic + ghee butter, garlic powder, or cajun seasoning
