Easy Goal Setting For A New Month

Take some time before the beginning of August to align with your biggest goals. Sometimes when life gets busy it's easy to lose sight of the things that we want most. Grab your favorite journal/paper and a pen and get to it!

Here are some areas about

where you can focus on. Think about what you have been putting on the back burner and how can you jump start it for August! First, Reflect about where you are at in each one and rate them on a scale from 1-10. Next, focus on these questions!

  • personal growth

  • family + friends

  • health

  • finances

  • career

  • fun

  • nutrition

  • movement


  • How can I make each one of these areas a 10 in my life?

  • What type of actions am I taking that could be sabotaging to my desired outcome? What things do I need to change? What junk do I need to remove from my life?

  • What is one small step or daily action that I can take toward these desired outcomes in each area of my life? Write them out on a piece of paper and revisit them daily!
