Some question the ingredients I put in my smoothies - cauliflower, spinach, avocado, cucumber….but I swear half of these you can barely taste and provide a thick/icy shake-like consistency! My smoothies always follow the #fab4smoothie formula from Kelly LeVeque: Protein (20g min) + Fiber (10g min) + 1 Tbsp. Fat + Handful Greens + 1/4 Cup Fruit. This smoothie formula may be higher in calories than what you’re used to, but don’t be afraid of this! It’ll keep your blood sugar balanced and full 4-6 hours!
