Jam Packed Protein Bowl

Luminous Protein Packed Bowl


This breakfast was amazing and was the perfect post workout meal!


It’s packed with protein (41 grams to be exact)🤭💯,fiber, and just the right amount of carbs and fat.


Try this- you will LOVE it and your body will thank you for all of the extra protein. Do you know much protein you should be eating on a daily basis? I will touch on this during my summer workshop next Tuesday, May 30th!

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 cup quinoa

-6 tbsps egg whites

-1/2 cup almond milk

-1/2 cup strawberries

-1 tbsp blueberries

-1 scoop protein powder

-1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Place 1/2 cup quinoa, egg whites, and almond milk into a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil then turn off the stove. Add 1 scoop of protein powder and mix. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes or overnight if you are short on time🙌🏻


  • Once the mixture is cool, add your favorite toppings! I added 1 tbsp of almond butter, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1 tbsp of hemp seed. Other ideas would be to add honey, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, cacao powder, banana... the list goes on!!!
