The little things in life make my day!!!…like this PBJ smoothie. I'm all about recreating recipes to be a little bit healthier and better for you and this one did it for me!
20g-30g vanilla protein powder
2 cups unsweetened dairy-free milk (I used almond)
2 tbsp nut butter of your choice
1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional but makes it thick AF)
1 tbsp ground flax seed (can sub chia if needed)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup frozen mixed raspberries/blueberries (can sub peaches, strawberries, etc based on personal preference for jelly topping)
1/4 cup filtered water
1) Place protein powder, milk, nutter butter, cauliflower and 1 tbsp of chia/flax seeds in blender and mix on high power until smooth.
2) Next, empty blended contents into a cup, rinse blender, and add frozen fruit, water, and remaining 1 tbsp of chia seeds to blender.
3) Mix again on high power until blended. Top cup with “jelly” and ENJOY!
