When we don’t take the time to slow down and take a look at the choices that we are making day to day, we can begin to live on autopilot and create the same things even if they aren’t serving us positively.
In order to create real change, it takes reflection.
Our biggest tip is to see how certain foods and lifestyle habits make you FEEL.
If you feel good energy from them, keep doing them.
If you feel off from something, it may be time to check-in and make a change.
