Summer Travel Grocery List

Save this one for all your summer trips! 🔥

Make sure you make your life easy and also don’t stress- after all you’re on vacation☀️ 🏄‍♀️ 🌊 🕶 Here are some of my favorite grocery items!

Breakfast: eggs, chicken sausage, @birchbenders paleo pancakes, hash browns(check your ingredients), @daveskillerbread, @julianbakery bread and wraps, and avocados

Snacks: Beef jerky, cashews, peanut butter, fruit, @thrivemarket paleo snack mix, plantain chips, protein bars, pretzels

Lunch + Dinner: turkey burgers, condiments, salad, brown rice pasta/edamame pasta/chickpea pasta (for pasta salad), burgers, low sodium deli meat, steak, chicken, chicken sausage, ground turkey, @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes(look for fresh mixes to heat in microwave in produce section as well), brown rice, and fresh veggies to grill!

The key is to bring things that are clean and nutrient dense but involve as little of prep and clean up as possible! 💯 I hope you enjoy this list!
